Neighbourhood Plan

A neighbourhood plan is a document that sets out planning policies for the local area and can:
•              Protect local green spaces.
•              Encourage better designed places.
•              Bring forward housing that genuinely meets local needs.

A Neighbourhood Plan gives the community direct power to develop a shared vision for their neighbourhood and shape the development and growth of their local area.
