Thank you to our refuse collectors
A big thank you to all the refuse collectors for doing such a brilliant job during these challenging times. Unfortunately, fly tipping has increased making their job even harder. Winchester City Council are asking householders to store unwanted items responsibly until household waste and recycling centres reopen.
